CAREER/OCCUPATION :

Our professional lives perfectly accommodate our focus on family. Lily works as a Compliance Manager for the County of Riverside, a role where she loves directly serving her local community. Michael is currently not working on a project, allowing him to easily manage our home, care for our pets, and handle the household balance. Because of our highly flexible arrangements, we do not anticipate needing formal childcare. Lily will take up to twelve weeks of maternity leave combined with four months of accrued vacation time, and Michael is completely prepared and excited to step into the role of a stay-at-home father during those vital early years to ensure our child grows up in a highly present, secure environment.

HOME/COMMUNITY :

We live in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Corona, California. Our 1980s single-story home sits at the end of a peaceful, safe cul-de-sac with no through-traffic, surrounded by welcoming neighbors who all know one another. Our spacious home features three bedrooms, a cozy den, and a wide-open living layout perfect for family gatherings. We love spending time outdoors and are situated right near local mountain hiking trails for morning and evening strolls. In the spring, our large backyard becomes a lively workspace where we plant fresh crops in our veggie garden, pick fruit from our trees, and host family puzzles and game days. It is a safe, close-knit haven with endless room for a child to play, explore, and grow.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES :

Our lives are active, creative, and centered on shared experiences. Weekends find us out in nature hiking, kayaking, swimming, or packing up for camping trips under the stars. We are massive theme park fans and love taking our niece and nephews out for high-energy days full of rides and rollercoasters. At home, our space is a beautiful blend of Michael's love for sports memorabilia, historical podcasts, and board games, alongside Lily’s passion for baking, knitting, and colorful crochet crafts.
