Clients, family members, community representatives, employees, and others may report a patient safety concern or file a complaint regarding the quality or safety of care provided by Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services. You may raise the concern directly with Vista Del Mar, but you are not required to do so before contacting Joint Commission.
